A wearable device that supports effective social distancing is now available.
Taicer uses Bluetooth technology and activates a gentle buzz or flashing LED when two people who are both wearing devices breach the two-metre space around one another.
The device can be worn on a lanyard and the social distance alert can be adjusted to less than two metres as regulations change.
Developed by Intelligent Sport Technologies, based in Yorkshire, the device can help people to feel more secure in a broad range of workplaces and while attending conferences and exhibitions, the company says.
