Veterinary ophthalmology is a visual subject – no pun intended. It is one of the few areas of medicine where a diagnosis can often be made on appearance alone and it is impossible to write about or lecture in ophthalmology without showing clinical images.

An atlas full of images therefore offers a particularly illuminating insight into the field.

This book is a second edition, so I was keen to compare it to the original version to see what improvements have been made.
