Time for an inquiry into breed-specific legislation, says charity

TO mark 25 years since the introduction of the Dangerous Dogs Act, the RSPCA has released a report that it says ‘exposes the ineffectiveness, flaws and negative impact of the breed-specific law’. The charity is calling for an inquiry into the effectiveness of the legislation and for repeal of the breed-specific section of the Act.
