THE Welsh Government is seeking views on proposals to introduce Quarantine Units (QUs) to provide an alternative to the current six-day standstill arrangements for cattle, sheep and goats without compromising biosecurity. It is inviting comments on the benefits of implementing QUs as well as on the proposed legislative changes and operational rules required.
