Retailers ‘getting to grips’ with Campylobacter

Statistics from

RESULTS from the first quarter of the second year of testing for Campylobacter contamination of fresh chicken have shown a decrease in the number of birds with the highest level of contamination, the Food Standards Agency (FSA) has reported.
