Royal Assent for Welsh fly grazing law

Legislation to tackle the problem of fly grazing in Wales received Royal Assent on January 27. The Control of Horses (Wales) Act 2014 provides consistent legal powers across Wales, giving local authorities the power to seize, impound, return to the owner, sell, rehome or euthanase horses when they are on land without lawful consent.
