Simon Doherty, a BVA member in Northern Ireland, reports on the BVA's recent visit.

THE BVA officer team attended a ‘meet the members’ evening on November 9, organised by the North of Ireland Veterinary Association (NIVA), a territorial division of BVA, at the Veterinary Surgeons Supply Company, a local cooperative veterinary wholesaler and supplier in Lisburn, County Antrim.

The evening drew more than 70 delegates from all sectors of the profession and provided an opportunity to meet with BVA officers as well as representatives from NIVA and the Association of Veterinary Surgeons Practising in Northern Ireland.
