THE BVA President, Harvey Locke, has reiterated the Association's concerns about the decision by the new Welsh Government to delay a planned cull of badgers as part of its TB eradication programme while it undertakes a further review of the scientific TB evidence (VR, June 25, 2011, vol 168, p 654).
