The BVA's package of legal services aims to support members who find themselves in difficulty at work.
THE September meeting of BVA Council included a lively debate around the subject of support and representation for members in employment disputes. BVA Council members were quick to acknowledge that a good vet does not automatically make a good manager. Some recent graduate members have reported poor working conditions and bad practice; these incidents are not representative of the general picture, but are worrying nonetheless.
