‘Robust message’ at BVA London dinner

Statistics from

Caroline Spelman, Secretary of State at Defra, and Anne McIntosh, chair of the EFRA select committee, were among the high-profile guests at the BVA's annual London dinner held in Westminster on February 8.

BVA President, Harvey Locke, welcomed senior government and opposition parliamentarians, Defra officials, the heads of the UK veterinary schools and representatives of key animal health and welfare, agri-food and research organisations.
