Survey suggests many practices do not make the most of their nurses' skills

RESULTS from a survey held on the British Veterinary Nursing Association's (BVNA's) #VNVoice communication portal suggest that many veterinary nurses (VNs) feel that their skills are being underused in practices.

The BVNA reports that, since launching the communication portal last year (VR, November 19, 2016, vol 179, pp 506-507), more and more of its members have been engaging with the surveys it hosts on the portal, showing that VNs are keen that their voices are heard across the veterinary profession.
