I REFER to the article in In Practice January 2017, by Statham, Green, Husband and Huxley (hereafter referred to as SGHH).

The article is based on the hypothesis that CO2 and CH4 are important factors in the cause of catastrophic anthropogenic global warming.

The paper has notable omissions and grossly overstates the greenhouse effect of both CO2 and CH4. There are a number of points I wish to make:
