THE RCVS Disciplinary Committee has reprimanded a Wirral-based veterinary surgeon after finding that he had failed to adequately communicate with clients in relation to the care of their dog and that he spoke disparagingly about other veterinary practitioners.
The case against Nigel Hough was initially heard in May this year but the hearing was adjourned due to lack of time (VR, June 4, 2016, vol 178, p 574). The Disciplinary Committee reached its decision on the case on September 30.
