Defra publishes its first aquatic animal health strategy

A STRATEGY setting out priorities in aquatic animal health in England over the next five years has been published by Defra. The department says that ‘real benefits’ can be achieved by protecting and improving the health of farmed, wild migratory and freshwater fish and shellfish.
