VETERINARY surgeon Sarah Cleaveland has become the first researcher from the University of Glasgow to be elected to the US National Academy of Medicine (NAM).
Membership of the NAM (formerly known as the Institute of Medicine) recognises individuals who have demonstrated outstanding professional achievements and commitment to service.
