When the RCVS asked members of the profession and public about its complaints and disciplinary system, it received a great deal of feedback – some positive, but much of it critical. Here, Luke Bishop, RCVS communications officer, describes how the process has now been overhauled with the aim of making it quicker, more efficient and a more satisfactory experience for all involved
