THE RCVS Disciplinary Committee has directed that veterinary surgeon Denis Patrick Cronin should be restored to the RCVS Register with no restrictions on his practice ‘save those which he will impose upon himself’.
Mr Cronin, of Dundalk, County Louth in the Republic of Ireland, was originally removed from the RCVS Register in February 2005, having been found guilty of seven separate charges of serious professional misconduct (VR, February 12, 2005, vol 156, pp 191-192). At that time, he was based in the West Midlands.
