RCVS starts testing an alternative system for resolving disputes

THE RCVS has begun a small-scale trial of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) system, which it hopes will provide the framework for a more permanent scheme.

The six-month trial, which began on November 3, is being administered by Ombudsman Services, a not-for-profit company which provides a complaint resolution service.
