Disciplinary Committee asks for more evidence to support restoration application

THE RCVS Disciplinary Committee has adjourned a hearing to consider an application for restoration to the Register to allow the applicant to gather more evidence to support his case.

At a hearing on June 24, the Disciplinary Committee heard that the applicant, Denis Patrick Cronin, of County Dublin in the Republic of Ireland, was struck off the RCVS Register in February 2005 having been found guilty of seven separate charges of serious professional misconduct (VR, February 12, 2005, vol 156, pp 191-192). At the time, he was based in the West Midlands.
