A CAMPAIGN to reduce levels of Campylobacter in chicken and the resulting burden of foodborne illness has been launched by the Food Standards Agency (FSA). The campaign, ‘Acting on Campylobacter Together’ (ACT), aims to bring the whole of the food chain together to tackle the problem.
