Scottish ‘summit meeting’ to discuss responsible dog ownership

THE Scottish Government convened a meeting last week to examine options for encouraging responsible dog ownership in Scotland. The ‘summit’ was announced last year by Alex Salmond, Scotland's First Minister, after he had met with the families of victims of dog attacks.
