Relationship between government and vets crucial, says BVA President

THE veterinary profession wants and needs to be involved in decisions about the future of the AHVLA in Wales, the BVA President, Peter Harlech Jones, told guests at the Association's annual Welsh dinner last week.

Speaking at the dinner, which was held at City Hall, Cardiff, on July 2, Mr Jones said that BVA members working in the AHVLA and in private practice were best placed to input into decisions ‘from the front line’.
