Survey suggests many pets do not receive preventive healthcare

THE owners of many companion animals in the UK are failing to have their pets vaccinated or neutered, according to the PDSA.

Releasing new statistics from the PDSA Animal Wellbeing (PAW) report on May 17, the charity suggested that approximately four million dogs in the UK are not vaccinated or neutered, and that up to 5.7 million cats are unvaccinated and 600,000 are not neutered.
