VBF fellowships for ‘extraordinary’ care

THE Veterinary Benevolent Fund (VBF) has awarded fellowships to a couple who have given ‘outstanding and sustained service’ to the charity. The VBF says that Penny and Andrew Bellars have provided an extraordinary level of care to its beneficiaries in their area, building strong and enduring relationships with them and treating them with compassion and understanding.
