THE RCVS Disciplinary Committee has ordered that the name of William H. S. Manson, a vet from County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, be suspended from the RCVS Register for 10 months, having found him guilty of serious professional misconduct relating to three convictions for contravening animal export regulations.
