ELECTORAL Reform Services (ERS), the independent body that carries out the election process for the RCVS Council, has offered reassurance that the recent election of Council members was fair, despite a number of voters being sent duplicate ballot papers.
The RCVS explained in a press release on May 15 that ERS designed and printed the ballot papers, and received votes via post, internet and text message, but did not distribute the ballot papers.
