New consortium on worm control

THE Moredun Research Institute has launched an EU-wide consortium to develop new and sustainable strategies for parasitic worm control in sheep and cattle.

The GLOWORM (GLObal changes in parasitic WORMs) project will run for three years, harnessing the expertise of 14 research groups throughout Europe and supported by a €3 million grant from the EU's Seventh Framework Programme.
