Research partnerships aim to benefit British dairy farmers

Statistics from

DAIRYCO, part of the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board, has committed £5 million over five years to two new research partnerships that aim to deliver practical research to British dairy farmers. The research will focus on two main areas – health, welfare and nutrition, and soil, forage and grassland. The intention is that the results will contribute to DairyCo's technical guides and knowledge transfer activities, as well as being promoted for wider use within the dairy industry.
