THE RCVS will cease to be an awarding body for the Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing next year if a decision made by the RCVS Veterinary Nurses Council is ratified by the RCVS Council next month.
The RCVS explains that the decision reflects recent changes in the regulatory conditions of approval for awarding bodies which make it ‘harder for the College to meet and to continue offering the diploma in a cost-effective manner’.
