The results of the election for regional representatives to sit on the BVA's new Council are in. The Association is delighted with the number of members who took part in what has been a significant event in its history.
WITH 10,654 members eligible to vote for the 23 candidates across the nine contested regions, the BVA has been overwhelmed by the level of interest shown by members from all areas of the profession. With a voter ‘turnout’ of 30 per cent, equating to 3200 votes, it is clear that the role of the Association as the representative voice of the profession is appreciated by its grass roots members.
