‘A global ambassador for animals’

RAY Butcher, a vet described as having a ‘lifelong commitment and service to the welfare of dogs’ became only the ninth person to receive the Dogs Trust's highest honour, the Phyllis Mayer Argus award, at a ceremony at the House of Commons recently.
