Working together to tackle zoonoses
A NEW cooperative network to help tackle zoonotic infections and disease was launched at the Moredun Research Institute near Edinburgh last week. Called the ‘Cooperative of Zoonoses Expertise and Experience’ (CoZEE), the new network aims to bring together both individuals and groups from academia, policy, government, industry and veterinary and public health bodies to facilitate interdisciplinary initiatives and innovative approaches to reduce the impact of zoonoses.
