    On April 1, the Veterinary Sciences Division, together with the remainder of the Department of Agricultural and Rural Development’s Science Service, joined with the Agricultural Research Institute of Northern Ireland, to form a new non-departmental public body known as the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute of Northern Ireland
