Thirty-eight sera from cattle from a herd in Rhodesia naturally infected with Theileria lawrencei were titrated with the indirect immunofluorescent test against schizont antigens of T parva (Muguga) and T lawrencei from Rhodesia. T lawrencei was found to be indistinguishable from T parva with the test.
